This burner tube helps to cook your food on your gas grill by allowing gas to flow through the small holes or ports along its length, where it mixes with air and ignites to produce a flame. It is 17-3/4 inches long and has an outer diameter of 5/8 inches. It features a vented venturi end, a 90-degree bend, and a center slotted mounting hole at the back end. The burner tube is typically found underneath the heat tents, running parallel to it. If you notice signs like uneven flames, weak heat output, frequent clogs, or visible damage such as rust or corrosion, the burner tube needs to be replaced. To do so, you will need pliers and a screwdriver. Use these tools to remove the cooking grates, heat tents, and the holding pins and brackets that secure the tube to the grill box. Keep in mind that this OEM replacement part is sold individually, so verify the quantity needed for your appliance before making your purchase.

Remove holding pins at one end and flame travel brackets at the other. Hardest part was some holding pins had rusted in place. Took a little time to remove but got it done. Removed burnt out burner tubes, this was easy. Put in new burner tubes and new holding pins. This was also easy. Put in new flame travel tents between burner tubes and pins. Put in new tents. Put back grates. Burners lighted right away. Works perfect again.
