An authentic Broan/Nutone replacement part, sold individually.

The Heating Element is used in a number of Broan and Nutone ventilation fans and ceiling heaters. On some of the units you have the option of using this heater or not. It is mostly used in bathrooms to warm it up on those very cold mornings.

Installation requires a screwdriver and a socket set. Remove fan cover - disconnect wire connection - remove nuts, pull out heating element fan housing, remove screws, pull out heating element - reinstall in reverse order.

This part is fitted between the inside frame and the regulation hold down. The regulator helps to keep heater lit and maintain consistent heat pressure. This item is sold individually. A screwdriver and an adjustable wrench are needed in the removal and replacement.
