We have a 2012 Char-Broil Infrared grill #463243911. This is the first time we needed parts but I could not find them at the store. So I searched online. This site had all the parts for my grill. I believe I need a emitter(2) which fit directly beneath my cast iron cooking grates. The emitters are rusted out from continual scraping with a wire brush. I love this Charbroil Infrared 2 burner grill.

Lifted out old upper & lower grates, brushed & cleaned around the edges & bottom of firebox and vacuumed out all the debris. Then I quickly wiped out what didn't lift with the vacuum. Dropped in new grates. Installed new ignition module, it was easy enough to remove the retaining nut on the module by hand, unplugged the wires for the igniters, and installed the new module, by hand. Reconnecting the wires was very straightforward, so long as you keep the leads for the switch separate from the wires for the igniters (my grille has 4)
