Removed old rewind starter assembly, replaced cup flywheel, replaced sparkplug, filter.
Still wouldn't start after rewind starter was replaced. Needed a new spark plug also. Then started up.

The lawnmower was spitting out oil, white smoke and finally it stop working. I drained the oil out and add new oil. I took filter off because oil was coming out if it. I replaced filter and spark plug. Now my lawnmower start up like it was new. Thank you for the filter.
